  • Morning (Lark/Wolf): People who are naturally early birds tend to feel most alert and productive in the morning hours. They typically prefer going to bed early and waking up early.
  • Evening (Owl/Lion): Individuals who feel most energetic and productive during the evening and nighttime. They often struggle to wake up early and may prefer staying up late into the night.
  • Average (Bear): This chronotype falls somewhere between the morning and evening types. Bears typically have a balanced sleep-wake pattern and feel most alert during the late morning to early evening hours.
  • Erratic (Dolphin): People with dolphin chronotypes often have irregular sleep patterns and may have trouble with insomnia or keeping a consistent sleep schedule. They often experience peaks and troughs in energy levels throughout the day.
